Mohan Vodapally, MD, Fellowship trained and Board Certified Specialist in Pain Management, would provide a variety of therapies to aid in the management of pain based on your needs. Such therapies include balanced treatment with medications along with Interventional Pain Management, which involves special procedures to treat and manage your chronic pain. Interventional Pain Management refers to a group of minimally invasive surgical procedures typically done at our state-of-the-art outpatient interventional procedure room with the use of fluoroscopic (X-Ray) technique. Such outpatient procedures are aimed at alleviating chronic pain, improving the function and quality of life.

The mild® Procdure (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression)

Our Policies

Appointments:

Patients are required to provide referral from the treating primary care physician (PCP) or specialty physician. If you are a new patient, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill in the necessary paperwork. Please arrive on time , for the Follow up appointment.

Telephone Calls:

For all emergencies please call 911. Telephone calls will be taken Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you should call our office and get voicemail, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Prescriptions:

If you are calling for prescription refills, please leave a message on the practice voicemail. The patients are advised to maintain regular office visits for the management of chronic pain. Prescriptions require advanced notice of one business day. Therefore, prescriptions requested one day would be called in by the close of the following business day. Please check with your pharmacy anytime after that, to see if they have been called in. Also, please remember to include your name and phone number, pharmacy name and phone number, drug name and dosage, when requesting your refill.

It is our policy that we do not refill prescriptions on weekends or nights. If your emergency is such, you will need to go to the nearest emergency room

Records:

Your medical records are confidential. If you wish to have copies of your office records released to another provider, you must send us a written request authorizing us to release the records. Please keep our office informed of any change in your name, address, employer, telephone numbers and health insurance coverage.
