Spinal Fusion
SPINAL SIMPLICITY (MINUTEMAN®).
The Minuteman® is a minimally invasive, interspinous-interlaminar fusion device intended for the fixation and stabilization of the thoracic, lumbar, and sacral spine while awaiting bony fusion to occur. It is designed for attachment to the posterior non-cervical spine at the spinous processes through its bilateral locking plates, and it is intended for use with bone graft material placed within the device.
The Minuteman® provides immobilization and stabilization of the spinal segments. The core threaded post allows for optimal placement and a wide range of sizes allows for enhanced anatomical fit.

aurorA ZIP ULTRA®.
The ZIP ULTRA® is Aurora Spine’s minimally invasive interspinous fixation implant for spinal fusion and was developed as an alternative to more invasive pedicle screw fixation. The ZIP ULTRA® implant is designed for stabilization and load sharing in thoraco-lumbo-sacral fusion (T1-S1)procedures, specifically for the treatment of degenerative disease, spondylolisthesis, trauma, and/or tumor. The proprietary ZIP ONE-STEP™ locking mechanism eliminates the use of a set screw. Each ZIP ULTRA® implant features a large barrel designed for ZIP Graft™ or other bone material. The ZIP ULTRA® is designed in various sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy.
aurorA SiLO™.
SiLO™ is a single implant Posterior Si-Fusion System made of human cortical bone and was developed to provide a simple, safe & reproducible method of stabilizing and fusing the Sacroiliac Joint.
SiLO™ is the only implant that was designed specifically for posterior sacroiliac joint fusions.
The implant design consists of three levels of ridges along its circumferential solid body to increase implant retention and stability through its unique “Dowel Anchorage Design”. The SILO implant is shaped for enhanced 360-degree bone incorporation along with dual, vertical side-channels. These channels can hold additional bone graft material during implant insertion for enhanced stability.
